Send a document by email for approval

Send Adobe PDF documents for approval by using the wizard that Acrobat provides in the Send For Review task button. This wizard provides on-screen instructions to send an email invitation with a PDF attachment and instructions to approvers. When approvers open the attachment, the Stamp palette opens to show approval stamps from which they can select to approve the document.

To start an approval workflow:

From the Send For Review task button, choose Send By Email For Approval.
